18/08/2025: Last time we ate at Jo's it was really nice so we decided to order 2 pizzas to go, being in the middle of our roofing project. Firstly it's great that a restaurant of this quality exists at Chef Boutonne. Secondly the experience wasn't all good, the order was wrong and luckily we noticed it on the way back to the car and not after. Ok no problem we're so cool, my boyfriend went back to tell them. The boss seemed incredibly stressed about it, which I understand it's a busy Sunday night, but he was super casual with my boyfriend, didn't tell him how long it would take to change the pizza or anything. And it was funny to hear them swearing about the mistake in the kitchen. The pizzas were excellent as usual but honestly the only thing that costs you nothing to do is be polite, this goes for the customers too obviously and we are not Karens lol. The pizzas are excellent and when we ate at the restaurant before, the atmosphere was nice! It's good that Chef Boutonne has this place, I just felt like this experience could have been better and I hate seeing my boyfriend treated badly when he's always so polite to everyone.
