26/11/2025: "Master" Olivier Guillaume knows how to welcome guests to his magnificent castle. We chose an Escapade package. Room 14 with an ensuite bathroom in one of the towers was superb, with beautifully arranged furniture and a very comfortable bed. Dinner at Mathis was a feast for the eyes and the palate. Bravo to the chef... It was sublime! The peace and quiet, the setting, the kindness of the attentive staff—everything was perfect for a short stay on May 1st. I highly recommend it. 22/10/2025: Very warm welcome, very friendly and professional staff, excellent cuisine, well done Mr. Chef, magnificent castle, very well decorated and maintained inside and out, I recommend
