The amuse-bouche was bland—a cake or sliced ​​bread with seaweed, completely uninteresting. The foie gras starter was slightly oxidized, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste, accompanied by two large slices of pine nuts and spices. This was followed by pigeon with pear, which was nothing more than a well-cooked pear chip, tasty but with a few streaks of butternut squash and pan-fried polenta. We decided to cut our losses and ordered a cheese plate instead. The welcome was pleasant, the setting beautiful, but there was a lot of fuss and a lot of fuss, ultimately neglecting the essentials. They cleared our glasses after we'd finished our aperitifs, and the starters were served after we'd had wine. We needed to ask for bread for our foie gras, cheese, and water... For us, the value for money was poor.
