22/03/2026: We opted for the five-course dinner on Saturday evening. The dining room was beautiful, the atmosphere lovely, and the meal remarkable.
The dishes offered a blend of classic and original flavors. The portions were perfect, and the pace was excellent.
We received outstanding service and were looked after by Pierre (a true professional!).
The very young woman (Marion) who suggested the cheese trolley was also very helpful. Well done to her!

17/03/2026: Fantastic brunch last Sunday at La Verrière du Château des Reynats! We had a wonderful time. The setting is absolutely beautiful and so pleasant, a real change from the everyday.
The buffet was amazing: lots of choices, fresh products, both sweet and savory. We especially loved the pastries and the dessert buffet.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, which really makes a difference.
In short, a great place to treat yourself on Sunday, I highly recommend it!

26/03/2026: The experience got off to a terrible start.
When trying to make a reservation on the hotel's website, I entered the wrong date (March 18, 2026, instead of May 16, 2026).
I immediately called reception, who verbally informed me that they had corrected the reservation and that I would not be charged for the night.
However, I was charged. After calling the hotel again, the receptionist told me that the amount would be applied to my corrected reservation.
Despite several follow-up emails and phone calls, I haven't received any written confirmation.
I am therefore expected to travel several hundred kilometers to the hotel on the day of my arrival, hoping that my reservation is valid and that I won't be asked for a second payment.
This attitude clearly lacks professionalism and consideration for customers.
15/02/2026: It's impossible to give this establishment any stars. It's unacceptable to consider a place advertised as a 3-star hotel as worthy of that category. Run away, or you'll have nightmares. Don't fall into the trap; it's no longer part of the Logis group.
