10/09/2026: First of all, I would like to thank the restaurant managers for taking my sister-in-law on as an apprentice and showing her the passion of the pastry chef profession while teaching her how to do it well. The quality of the dishes was perfect, although sometimes the combination of flavors in the dessert I had (apricots with onion) wasn't the best balance. The service was excellent. The staff took the time to explain and talk with the customers so they felt very comfortable. The only slight issue was the noise level; there might not have been enough space between the tables, which could have been a bit noisy. Parking was easy to find. The fresh ingredients in my dish were evident, and the cooking was excellent—no complaints whatsoever. The only thing missing was a vegetarian option. 😇 Thank you to the manager of L'Auberge d'Allex for taking Cecilia on as an apprentice. Her parents thank you for all the attention you gave her.
