We had a wonderful time. The service was pleasant, and the local dishes were well-prepared. Very good. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dishes were original, beautifully presented, and delicious. We opted for the €48 set menu, which was excellent value for money. I particularly recommend the lentil and blue cheese soup, the Arctic char, and the citrus mille-feuille. The service was friendly and efficient. The dining room is pleasant and attractively decorated; the wall displaying photos of Allex from bygone days is particularly noteworthy and very interesting. We followed our meal with a stroll through the old village. In short, a complete success.

The cuisine is refined, with a gourmet touch, though it occasionally reveals some imbalances. Personally, I would have appreciated a few sauces or broths to complement some of the rather dry dishes. This restaurant remains a good choice, especially considering the reasonable prices for this type of establishment. Furthermore, the chef demonstrates an inventiveness that deserves to be highlighted.

A wonderful discovery: this inn in the heart of Allex village. Refined and original cuisine. Pleasant wine. Excellent service. Discreet and pleasant background music. Enjoyable coffee on the terrace this early spring. Highly recommended.

Despite the octopus being slightly overcooked, the meal was very good overall. Good value for money for Valentine's Day.

The setting was pleasant, the welcome and service were excellent, and the dishes were nicely presented, but presentation isn't everything. The food was average, and the desserts were bland. The chocolate sticks were as hard as wood, and the persimmon and kiwi dish looked superb but was unfortunately tasteless. The smoked Aubrac beef dish had good flavor but was incredibly tough, and the parsnip and coffee flavor combinations were quite sickening. The children's menu, with its breaded fish, made one child happy. On the other hand, the foie gras dish was wonderful. A little advice: try to be less fussy with the presentation and improve the taste, and expand your wine list with some older wines if possible. I'm sorry, but the kitchen really needs to improve, as the service, welcome, and setting deserve better cuisine.

I highly recommend this place. A lovely welcome, attentive waitresses, and dishes as beautiful as they were delicious! From appetizer to dessert, a true delight for the taste buds! The guinea fowl was melt-in-your-mouth tender. A perfect blend of subtle and refined flavors. One of the best meals I've ever had!
