A very good experience. Local cuisine and wine pairings were surprising and delicious.
My only minor suggestion would be to add a little more sauce to the meat dishes, but when I mentioned it to the waitress at the end of my meal when she asked for feedback, she told me I just had to ask to see more! So if, like me, you notice this, don't hesitate to ask while enjoying your delicious meal!

A very good meal, we ate well, just a little more sauce on the dishes! The desserts had a very unusual taste; you have to like it, even if the flavors don't go together. For the price, I find it a bit expensive, but very good nonetheless.

A lovely spot in the heart of the village with a very pleasant terrace for dinner. The dishes were well-prepared, with a special mention for the beef rib and its sauce, which were delicious. A good wine list with local selections.

The cuisine is refined, with a gourmet touch, though it occasionally reveals some imbalances. Personally, I would have appreciated a few sauces or broths to complement some of the rather dry dishes.
This restaurant remains a good choice, especially considering the reasonable prices for this type of establishment. Furthermore, the chef demonstrates inventiveness, which deserves to be highlighted.
