Very good restaurant. Great experience.

First of all, I would like to thank the restaurant managers for taking my sister-in-law on as an apprentice and showing her the passion of the pastry chef profession while teaching her how to do it well. The quality of the dishes was perfect, although sometimes the combination of flavors in the dessert I had (apricots with onion) wasn't the best balance. The service was excellent. The staff took the time to explain and talk with the customers so they felt very comfortable. The only slight issue was the noise level; there might not have been enough space between the tables, which could have been a bit noisy. Parking was easy to find. The fresh ingredients in my dish were evident, and the cooking was excellent—no complaints whatsoever. The only thing missing was a vegetarian option. 😇 Thank you to the manager of L'Auberge d'Allex for taking Cecilia on as an apprentice. Her parents thank you for all the attention you gave her. Thank you.

A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Auberge d’Allex. The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented, with wonderful flavor combinations. The refined cuisine was a true delight, both visually and gastronomically. The setting was pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We were thrilled to discover this place and highly recommend it. We will gladly return!

A very good experience. Local cuisine and wine pairings were surprising and delicious. My only minor suggestion would be to add a little more sauce to the meat dishes, but when I mentioned it to the waitress at the end of my meal when she asked for feedback, she told me I just had to ask to see more! So if, like me, you notice this, don't hesitate to ask while enjoying your delicious meal!

A very good meal, we ate well, just a little more sauce on the dishes! The desserts had a very unusual taste; you have to like it, even if the flavors don't go together. For the price, I find it a bit expensive, but very good nonetheless.

A very nice, quiet restaurant with really kind and pleasant waitresses. I gave it 4 stars because I was bothered by a fly 😭 otherwise it was very good

A lovely spot in the heart of the village with a very pleasant terrace for dinner. The dishes were well-prepared, with a special mention for the beef rib and its sauce, which were delicious. A good wine list with local selections.
