26/12/2025: There was no seating in this restaurant, the food was very salty, and the manager was unpleasant to the staff. Therefore, I did not like this restaurant.
12/11/2025: Top-notch gastronomy in the Drôme Provençale.
Not far from Nyons, at the entrance to the Gorges de Saint May, we discovered the restaurant, La Charette Bleue.
Since then, we've visited twice.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end, culminating in an extraordinary dessert—I can't recall ever having a better one.
