09/05/2026: Extremely disappointing and shocking experience. I've been a customer in the neighborhood for several years and I regularly eat at this restaurant. However, I've already had several problems with an employee who wears a cap and whose behavior is very aggressive and disrespectful. The first time, I simply asked if it was possible to replace the fries with salad, as had been done previously. He replied curtly: "We've never done that." A contemptuous and humiliating response to a simple question. Today, the situation has become much worse. After ordering, I noticed a €0.50 error on the bill. When I tried to calmly ask a question, this employee immediately spoke to me aggressively: "Don't talk, your order is already taken." Then: "What more do you have to say?" After checking, he finally admitted his mistake and gave me back the €0.50, but without any apology. On the contrary, he continued to speak to me with contempt and aggression. When I asked him to simply speak to me properly, he replied: "I'll refund you everything, take your bag and get out." He also told me never to return to their restaurant. The most shocking part: he came out from behind the counter, approached my table, took my bag, and ordered me to leave. I felt humiliated, verbally abused, and deeply shocked. Furthermore, his attitude towards the other customers also seemed very impatient and unpleasant, which created an extremely tense atmosphere in the restaurant. Such behavior towards a customer is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

08/05/2026: Great experience at this kebab restaurant! We received a very warm welcome and the service was quick. Plus, we took advantage of a promotion with a kebab, fries, and drink meal for under €8, which is a really good deal. We ate well, it was great! I recommend it 👍

13/05/2026: Delicious food, affordable prices, and a warm atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the foul moudamas and the vegetarian dish.

11/05/2026: Super good Chicha for 15 euros, Kushari(not the best) for 10 euros, 5 euros for a Kufta sandwich, but the chicha and the coffee are super good

07/03/2026: The tea and cold drinks are excellent, the service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. ☕😊

04/03/2026: The shisha was terrible, with no flavor whatsoever. The tea was nothing like the minty tea from North Africa, and the price was extremely high.
