13/08/2024: This tapas bar was the culinary highlight of our visit to Nimes ! Ambience, friendly staff as noted above - absolutely . The small tables outside spread up and down the street. But it’s the food , of course , often quite original - to me at least- and so delicious . Highlights were the cod, steamed and fried, with a peanut sauce and lime, the tuna belly half cooked, onions and pickles on top, and ravioli stuffed with chorizo paste, bigorre topping sauce - amazing and wonderful .
