04/09/2026: We had a very good meal, although it's worth noting there was a bit of a wait to order even though it wasn't very busy. But I still recommend it; the rolls are excellent.

03/09/2026: Perfect welcome, even the security staff are top-notch, warm and welcoming, they ask us if everything went well!

03/09/2026: I have to revise my review. Our server apologized for the long wait and brought us an espresso as an apology. The seating is lovely, in a small alley at the foot of the hill, offering a relaxing view of the bustling harbor. Thank you.

28/08/2026: Unacceptable customer service where the simple request for a carafe of water was enough to exasperate the waiter, not to mention the derogatory remarks (about us) he made to his colleagues.

31/08/2026: Matteo is a great waiter, very friendly. We haven't missed a single opportunity to visit Molotov for the past 3 years!

31/08/2026: Exceptional bar, with highly qualified and enthusiastic servers. Flo and Matteo are fantastic, professional restaurant staff who are attentive to customers. We've been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it. Thank you for making our evenings so enjoyable!

It has real character: the setting is amazing, the building and rooms are elegant, and every member of staff we met was fantastic. We look forward to returning soon, and this time with our kids! 06/05/2026: The location is magnificent, but everything else is mediocre: amateurish service, tasteless meals with frequently frozen food (despite repeated mentions of an exceptional vegetable garden), unprofessional staff—everything is sloppy, like in a run-of-the-mill hotel. Furthermore, a staff party at 1 a.m. woke us up, and when we politely asked them to turn down the noise, unpleasant remarks were made.

20/08/2026: The evening started off terribly with an arrogant bouncer who asked everyone's age without even speaking to them, while leering at the women. The smoking area and terrace are open to everyone, and while we were talking to other people, the bouncer told us to leave for no reason, just to feel superior. Then, the end of the evening was unacceptable: the entire club was tear-gassed because of a fight, but no thought was given to the customers inside, who were all evacuated, and half of them vomited. It's unacceptable that no one took care of the customers outside the club during this incident! Furthermore, the prices are excessive compared to the average of other bars and clubs, especially compared to those with a better environment.
