21/03/2026: Hello, there's a staff shortage at this McDonald's, making it 45 minutes or more to take an order, and the food is cold! When you see the head chef cooking, it's a mess. It's become too expensive to get anything on the menu.
20/03/2026: A 30-minute wait for an order that had been ready for 10 minutes. Even though I called three times to ask them to check, the young man, instead of being condescending, just repeated the order number like a parrot mocking everyone. It's shameful, and to compensate for receiving my food cold, they offered me an extra item. Seriously, they're incompetent, treating people with disdain, making them wait, and then saying nothing. Given the price of the meals, it's unacceptable to receive them cold. I'm disgusted.

28/02/2026: Unacceptable. Shocking. Where to begin? The spa sofas, filthy (blood, dirt, and hair)? The broken hammam? The dirt on the floor around the jacuzzi? The kettle only dispensing cold water (perfect for tea)? Or perhaps it was the old man, playing receptionist, who couldn't have cared less, despite knowing about it?
The only dialogue I had was, and I quote: "Yes, we know." Oh. Okay.
Instead of discussing it, apologizing, or WORSE, offering a partial refund (a quarter of the activity couldn't be completed), he turned to his screen (which displayed nothing) and chose to stop speaking to me, leaving me to talk to myself. Pathetic. Disrespectful.
No compensation was offered for the meal, to try and make up for the incomplete experience we had. The meal itself was excellent.
His wife and their waitress were very pleasant and professional. It's a shame the rest of the experience didn't live up to it.
