26/03/2026: We ordered a click and collect order this evening. We ordered a gourmet coffee milkshake but ended up with just a regular coffee. The fries were cold and really not great. Order errors/mistakes seem quite frequent; at least, that's often the case for us. It's a shame, but it really doesn't make us want to come back here.

03/03/2026: The opening hours are poorly suited, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.
This doesn't meet customer demand, even during the week. As long as there are customers, they don't close at 8:30 PM sharp, particularly on Friday evenings.
It shows a lack of understanding of customer service. The owners aren't business-minded at all, especially the owner, who is self-conscious about his short stature and lack of presence. That's why I used to stay calm when I went there. They're not cut out to run a brasserie. As for the bartender, he's a pathetic guy who doesn't present himself well, which explains the number of customers they've lost. They're on the verge of bankruptcy.
They should go work at the post office; they missed their calling. Run away, and run fast!
07/02/2026: The question deserves to be asked: what's going on here????? No neon exterior lighting, minimal interior lighting, part of the back is dark, lots of cardboard boxes piled up behind the bar, lots of stuff on the floor behind the bar, nonexistent service, no more lottery tickets, etc., etc... Question: what's happening to this once friendly bar???? Is it going to close down????

10/07/2024: Nous avons décidé de venir manger ici malgré un appel téléphonique peu encourageant pour s'assurer de la disponibilité des places. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante.
Tout d'abord, les burgers sont excessivement chers et la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Pour plus de 18 euros, les burgers sont sans goût et les frites sont grosses et pâteuses. De plus, le service, bien que rapide, était médiocre : le personnel ne semblait pas intéressé par notre satisfaction . Personne ne nous a demandé comment s'était déroulé notre repas, montrant un manque total de considération pour les clients. la carafe d'eau est restée vide sans que l'on nous propose de la remplir.
Le gérant ou manager a tenu des propos racistes, même s'ils n'étaient pas dirigés contre nous... Très désagréable d'entendre ces interactions ...
Enfin, pour ceux qui voudraient venir regarder un match ou autre sur le bel écran vidéo projeté, sachez que le son est très bas, rendant l'expérience moins agréable.
15/06/2024: Affreux …nous sommes arrivés à 19h45 et repartis à 20h20 ….pas de carte, pas de commande et surtout aucun intérêt pour nous nous ..ce n’est pas sans avoir fait des signes pour qu’on daigne venir nous voir et sans passer à côté de nous …le responsable fait uniquement du vent ..toujours les mains vides à discuter avec les habitués …une honte …à fuir …c’est bien la 1ere fois que j’écris un avis négatif !!!!!

04/09/2024: This is a great place to eat. There is something on the menu for everyone. We went two nights in a row and tried different dishes. It was all good.
Add to the good food the friendly staff and you have perfect combination.
23/07/2024: Déçu par le repas : service pas souriant - sauf au moment de payer - et désynchronisé (toute la table servie de ses plats en décalage), malgré une salle très loin d'être pleine, odeurs de tabac de la terrasse qui envahissent la salle pendant tout le repas, soupe servie tiède, comme le riz, la cuisine n'est pas mauvaise mais n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Les tarifs en revanche sont bien ceux d'un restaurant japonais de région parisienne : plutôt élevés. Au final, une expérience pas terrible.
