27/08/2024: After 25 minutes of waiting for a Deluxe hamburger without tomato (and a quick U-turn in the restaurant because my daughter's drink was missing) I realized at home that it was a cheeseburger well wrapped in the Royal Deluxe packaging, BRAVOOOO!
So the solutions proposed: you come back to correct their error OR a purchase voucher, via mail, in 3 WEEKS!! I hope my stomach will last a good 3 weeks!! PFFF
The icing on the cake was that we had to call back when we realized that my daughter's dessert was missing too! HAT HUH!
I understand because this McDonald's is getting more and more deserted!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
Edit: 1 month later I'm still waiting for the mail...

**An exceptional experience at McDonald's!**
I am excited to share my experience during my last visit to this McDonald's. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. The staff is extremely professional, always ready to help with friendliness and efficiency.
The cleanliness of the restaurant is impeccable, whether in the room or in the toilets. We feel that hygiene is a priority here. As for the food, it was simply perfect. My Big Mac was tasty, the fries were hot and crispy, and my Coca-Cola was perfectly refreshing.
I particularly appreciated the atmosphere of the restaurant, pleasant and friendly, ideal for a meal with family or friends. In addition, the order terminals are very intuitive and make ordering much easier, thus reducing waiting times.
Congratulations to the whole team for their remarkable work! I will definitely come back for such a pleasant new experience. If you're looking for a quality McDonald's, look no further, this is the place to go!

One order and 3 errors as well as 1 oversight.
The girl who picked us up at the drive-thru was so warm that we had the impression of clearly annoying her, not smiling at all.
I had to come back after eating (because we are from the next town) and I wanted something hot. The desserts we ordered had a different topping than the one requested and forgot the peanut for the sundae.
The door to the restaurant was disgusting (around ten to work and not a single one who has 2 minutes to wipe it down) everything needs to be reviewed, especially the organization, the reception and the cleanliness, basically everything needs to be reviewed.

10/07/2024: Nous avons décidé de venir manger ici malgré un appel téléphonique peu encourageant pour s'assurer de la disponibilité des places. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante.
Tout d'abord, les burgers sont excessivement chers et la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Pour plus de 18 euros, les burgers sont sans goût et les frites sont grosses et pâteuses. De plus, le service, bien que rapide, était médiocre : le personnel ne semblait pas intéressé par notre satisfaction . Personne ne nous a demandé comment s'était déroulé notre repas, montrant un manque total de considération pour les clients. la carafe d'eau est restée vide sans que l'on nous propose de la remplir.
Le gérant ou manager a tenu des propos racistes, même s'ils n'étaient pas dirigés contre nous... Très désagréable d'entendre ces interactions ...
Enfin, pour ceux qui voudraient venir regarder un match ou autre sur le bel écran vidéo projeté, sachez que le son est très bas, rendant l'expérience moins agréable.
15/06/2024: Affreux …nous sommes arrivés à 19h45 et repartis à 20h20 ….pas de carte, pas de commande et surtout aucun intérêt pour nous nous ..ce n’est pas sans avoir fait des signes pour qu’on daigne venir nous voir et sans passer à côté de nous …le responsable fait uniquement du vent ..toujours les mains vides à discuter avec les habitués …une honte …à fuir …c’est bien la 1ere fois que j’écris un avis négatif !!!!!
