The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my takeaway order was prepared very quickly and without any oversights. I highly recommend the McDonald's in Chilly-Mazarin.

The staff don't care about the customers; no one speaks to you while you wait five minutes at the counter for a sauce. The service is adequate. The young man in the dining room is very pleasant.

27/03/2026: Plusieurs bornes de commande .Service relativement rapide .Pas assez de poubelles dans le restaurant .
26/03/2026: We ordered a click and collect order this evening. We ordered a gourmet coffee milkshake but ended up with just a regular coffee. The fries were cold and really not great. Order errors/mistakes seem quite frequent; at least, that's often the case for us. It's a shame, but it really doesn't make us want to come back here.

08/05/2026: One of the last McDonald's in France with a retro look, which is lovely. Edit 08/05: +1* The staff is truly lovely, professional, and attentive. Thank you to Danielle and her manager (I think) for greatly improving my experience here 😄
