The owner is incredibly attentive from start to finish, with a genuine concern for her customers that truly makes all the difference. The food is homemade, using quality ingredients, and the presentation is elegant and unfussy: it's simple, delicious, and satisfying. You can taste the traditional, expertly prepared, generous, and flavorful cuisine. I was particularly impressed by the kidney cooked in its own fat. Contrary to what you might expect, it's not greasy at all; quite the opposite. The cooking is perfect, the flavor is magnificent—a real treat for those who appreciate bold dishes. And the desserts must be mentioned: a huge thumbs up! Delicious and expertly crafted, they provide the perfect ending to the meal.
