We were delighted to discover this establishment. The meal in the shaded garden, the smiling owner, and the menu completely satisfied us. Special mention goes to the delicious foie gras and the champagne cocktail.

Despite a last-minute reservation, we received a warm and cheerful welcome.
While the menu requires some explanation (unless you're a regular and enjoy puzzles), we weren't disappointed.
Everything was perfect, from the house aperitif to the coffee. I'll definitely keep this address, and I'll gladly return for lunch or dinner at "Le Vieux Chaudron."

A traditional restaurant, brilliantly reimagined by the chef.
The restaurant has been renowned since the 1990s thanks to its first owner.
The current chef has managed to revitalize the cuisine, the service, and the atmosphere in a truly original way.
All this for a more than reasonable price considering the quality of the food served (€140 for two, including an aperitif and a half-bottle of wine).
Thank you for this excellent dinner.

I'm a regular at this restaurant, especially for the South Essonne entrepreneurs' dinner that's held there regularly. Béa, the chef, always demonstrates remarkable talent: the dishes are delicious, generous, and consistently high quality. It's a place you'll gladly return to, never disappointed!
