10/02/2026: Unfriendly hostess, room without heating or hot water, no possibility of cancelling a reservation (which was magically done by the staff before our arrival, 3 nights paid for with no refund) avoid at all costs
09/02/2026: I have reservation with queen bed but i saw small bed. There was no free one bottle water, no slipper, no full minibar etc in the room. Despite of these problems they took 60euro deposite for one night 😅 and also cold room, bad experience
