24/08/2024: The owner seemed so kind and fragile that I played the hypocrite and told her everything was fine. But she has no culinary training. For 45 minutes, I felt sorry for Etchebest when he shows up at a restaurant like this. The only company I had was that of numerous fruit flies. Hygiene-wise, it's not as catastrophic as you might think from reading the reviews, but it's so old and damp. The kitchen was more or less tidy. They use Simply brand products. As advertised, the eggs are fresh; you can check the date, and the carton of 20 is on the counter. The savory crepe had overcooked smoked ham and egg, but it was still decent. They asked me if I wanted salad because she only serves it upon request since customers don't eat it. Of course, it was just egg lettuce without dressing! One might expect a little mesclun salad with a walnut oil vinaigrette. A salted caramel crepe. It's a caramel for decoration that hardens in 2 minutes. Luckily, I understood and immediately cut my crepe into small pieces. She asks me if it wasn't too hard because she usually uses heavy cream, but she's out! Like there isn't a supermarket nearby where she can buy a small tub of heavy cream. Anyway, when you don't have the skills, even with a smile, it just won't work.

06/08/2024: Very disappointed, we're trying to figure out how they got 3.8 stars 😳 Being from Brittany, I wanted to share this with my colleagues. From the moment we entered the establishment, there was a suspicious smell reminiscent of a chicken coop. Once seated, we were told that several ingredients on the menu were missing. Looking left and right, we quickly realized the questionable hygiene, which made us want to flee, but being respectful, we decided to stay! 😥 Coke for €3.80 in a can!, a bowl of cider served in a regular glass. When the bill arrived, I went over to the kitchen and a tear welled up inside (no, you didn't eat that!), the griddle hadn't been cleaned, the pancake batter came in a container that looked more than questionable in terms of freshness, there were open jars everywhere, the toilet had a kerosene heater that hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the sink was the same. I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but given the previous comments about questionable hygiene, I see that NOTHING has been done, despite the owner saying he would take care of it after the complaints. We sensed the owner was frustrated to be serving such questionable food, but despite the comments, she doesn't seem to have had that epiphany. GET A GRIP OR CLOSE IT UP, please!

09/08/2024: Quite simply one of the best Turkish restaurants I have been to. The meat is tasty, and the dishes authentic. Family atmosphere, clean room. Don't hesitate!
