10/06/2024: No sense of service, we ordered mixed plates, there were only 3 meats out of 5 (no kebab, no lamb) products not replaced, we were not warned, we had almost empty plates ..This was my second visit since the change of ownership and it is the last. Indeed the decor has changed but the welcome is mediocre, the staff is neither friendly nor smiling, the empty plates and the extravagant prices for the quality of the dishes which is very average.
25/05/2024: Me who knows Turkish dishes well, the dishes here are really nothing more, no seasoning in the meat we had several dishes only the lahmacun was good everything else was bland, tasteless.
Service that leaves something to be desired, we hadn't finished our dishes, I asked for them to take away for us, apparently it was too much for them, they brought us back 3 poor boxes and left us to fend for ourselves… In short it wasn't crazy, there's much better for the price

31/05/2024: My wife orders on the website with online payment, the site has a bug, she doesn't know if the payment is validated. She calls, we confirm that the order has been received and the payment validated for delivery at 7:30 p.m./7:45 p.m. 8:30 p.m., I call them, the response: "sorry, we don't have any orders in your name..." Unacceptable and disrespectful 😡
