02/04/2026: A magnificent meal! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves meat and good company. Personally, the 1.3 kg ribeye steak was just perfect, nothing to complain about. The cooking was top-notch, the fries were excellent, and if you're still hungry, you can get more fries. I have to say, it was perfect! Thank you to the whole team, whom I greatly appreciate. Always a warm welcome with a smile.
06/03/2026: I'm in Bernay for work and I've been eating there every night for the past two weeks. I love this restaurant, and the staff are so generous and attentive. Don't hesitate, go for it! You'll have the best lunches or evenings ever. Plus, there's a private room afterwards, perfect for spending time with family or friends. It's really lovely, and I'm disappointed it's not where I live! ❤️

The restaurant was empty.
I'd already waited 25 minutes.
Then, when I got home,
I found a CBO that was more like a brick, the bread was so hard.
The fries were barely cooked and still tasted like they'd been in the freezer.
We also ordered two 280s with rösti. I'm still looking for the two rösti in both sandwiches.
A Fleury burger with chocolate sauce that wasn't even on it.
McDonald's is a disaster.
I've never seen anything like it.

There's nobody here and yet we're waiting ages
We're at McDonald's again. No air conditioning and the screens are broken. Oh yeah, there are improvements, and yes, yet another service where we wait for an exorbitant price. Air conditioning and service should justify the price, shouldn't they?

It's a shame because it's better than the smaller hypermarkets nearby. Your store is the best! Offering more Arabic products would be fantastic. With a little more organization and attention to detail, it would become the best in town. Sincerely.

12/06/2025: Calm and peaceful. Not too bothered by the keys this morning. After snack time, things should get going! Fingers in the fries, it's not the time to bite, everyone takes turns. An Americano ordered in the morning upon arrival and eaten at 11:00 a.m., a delight.

18/04/2026: Appalling: For my mother's birthday, we ordered two cakes, each serving 10 people; a strawberry cake and a raspberry cake. No problem with the strawberry cake, it served 10 people. But the raspberry cake is ridiculous. It's barely half the size of the strawberry cake (photo attached), and honestly, we don't have big appetites, but we could only manage 5 reasonable slices. For the price we paid, it's appalling. We were told on the phone that the raspberry cake was a normal size for 10 people, but you're shooting yourselves in the foot because we have a direct comparison with your strawberry cake, which actually serves 10. I'm not being dishonest; as the daughter of a shopkeeper, I know what it's like. But in this case, you should respect your customers.

21/02/2026: For this second visit, the welcome is still warm, freshly squeezed hot lemons, excellent hot chocolate, and the same goes for the pastries, special mention for the Florentines!
