14/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant tonight thanks to friends.
The place is beautiful and spotlessly clean (everything is white, so you can see how much care they take of their restaurant).
The welcome was incredible, with smiling, attentive, and discreet staff.
They were incredibly attentive.
I ordered a chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives, and my husband had couscous.
It was truly, truly, truly excellent....
I'm not usually a fan of this type of cuisine, but this has changed my mind.
It's fresh, it's delicious, and the portions are generous. All the flavors were perfectly balanced.
Well done, you'll be back often!

For the price, we invited our friends, so it was very reasonable for five people, especially for such generous portions.

10/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! Everything was excellent, the foie gras was to die for 😋😋😋, plus a warm welcome, a very pleasant waitress, and very friendly and attentive owners. We returned for a family lunch (16 people) to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The very next day, we had a really great menu proposal with a good selection of starters and main courses, and the entire dessert menu.
27/06/2026: We came for lunch this Saturday. A truly wonderful discovery. The restaurant's setting is superb, the food superb, and the staff and owners are all fantastic. Nothing but positives. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

The cooking was top-notch, the fries were excellent, and if you're still hungry, you can get more fries. I have to say, it was perfect! Thank you to the whole team, whom I greatly appreciate. Always a warm welcome with a smile.
06/03/2026: I'm in Bernay for work and I've been eating there every night for the past two weeks. I love this restaurant, and the staff are so generous and attentive. Don't hesitate, go for it! You'll have the best lunches or evenings ever. Plus, there's a private room afterwards, perfect for spending time with family or friends. It's really lovely, and I'm disappointed it's not where I live! ❤️

The restaurant was empty.
I'd already waited 25 minutes.
Then, when I got home,
I found a CBO that was more like a brick, the bread was so hard.
The fries were barely cooked and still tasted like they'd been in the freezer.
We also ordered two 280s with rösti. I'm still looking for the two rösti in both sandwiches.
A Fleury burger with chocolate sauce that wasn't even on it.
McDonald's is a disaster.
I've never seen anything like it.

We're at McDonald's again. No air conditioning and the screens are broken. Oh yeah, there are improvements, and yes, yet another service where we wait for an exorbitant price. Air conditioning and service should justify the price, shouldn't they?

23/07/2026: This restaurant is a disaster! The waitress was unpleasant, the galette was awful, a disgrace to Normandy. They should find another job immediately. We waited 45 minutes before our order was even taken. The waitress was lost and very unpleasant, with a cold stare. We won't be back. I won't say goodbye. Avoid at all costs!
17/07/2026: This restaurant is a disaster! The waitress was lost and unpleasant; she scared the customers away. The service is not for a funeral; she needs to change careers urgently. As for the galette, it was inedible and disgusting. I didn't finish my plate, nor did my partner, it was so foul. We left the table without ordering dessert because our stomachs hurt so much. I'm going to report this to the health department for a sanitary inspection; it's so disgusting. You are a disgrace to Normandy's restaurants. We won't be returning to your dump anytime soon. It's a shame because it's better than the smaller hypermarkets nearby. Your store is the best! Offering more Arabic products would be fantastic. With a little more organization and attention to detail, it would become the best in town. Sincerely.

12/07/2026: The fishing warden was unfriendly, he didn't even say hello before telling me to put my t-shirt back on, even though I've been going there for over 10 years, only to then talk about me to his bosses using the word "the other guy with his black t-shirt for 77.50 euros a morning." I find that more than a little unacceptable.
28/04/2026: Really disappointed, because of poor management of fish distributions per fisherman and lack of consistency between the website and reality, we didn't get the fish we expected and having driven 3 hours for ordinary trout is a shame.
