16/08/2026: We ate lunch there on August 6th. We had a voucher for a free meal. The employee didn't know how to enter it into the till, so he called his colleague over. She didn't understand where the voucher came from, and she asked us, rather rudely, "Which Pat à Pain gave you this?" We told her it was a voucher we'd received by mail (a reward for a previous review regarding a problem with a meal). Then she explained to her colleague how to enter it into the till, but still in a rather unfriendly tone (in fact, you don't have to be a customer to be treated rudely). After that, she slapped the voucher card back onto the till with an unpleasant expression. I find it unacceptable to treat customers like that. Anyway, we noticed that this person is unpleasant to everyone. So, the customer is definitely not king at Pat à Pain. Just look at your reviews to see how your staff behaves...
