02/03/2026: A warm and quick welcome, incredibly fresh dishes, the spring rolls made to order with real chicken are wonderful, the green papaya salad with shrimp is excellent, the chicken with fresh pineapple is succulent, and the banana, tapioca, and coconut milk dessert is very tasty. Everything is well-balanced, and the flavors burst in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was St. Patrick's Day. They managed to find us a table! The welcome was fantastic. The concert and atmosphere were great. And the appetizer platter was generous! Thank you for a wonderful evening! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Châteauroux and recommend it to our colleagues 😀

28/03/2026: We had lunch today at Le P’tit Bouchon and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the chef, which immediately set the tone. The service was attentive and genuine; you could feel their real desire to please. We discovered an authentic Berry region menu, generous and full of flavor. The decor adds a lot of charm to the whole experience; you feel right at home in a friendly atmosphere, just the way we like it. And to top it all off, the whole team took the time to say goodbye to us—a simple detail, but one that makes all the difference. An address we wholeheartedly recommend for a truly delicious and memorable experience.

The welcome was incredibly warm: we were served by several people, all equally smiling and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was very good, offering excellent value for money. And to top it all off, the presence of a singer created a wonderful atmosphere: the icing on the cake!

19/04/2026: Never disappointed, the food is always delicious and the service is always top-notch and attentive. The guinguette is a great place to meet up with friends or family, but you need to book for lunch on weekends.

Everything is homemade, the dishes are hearty and well-prepared, and you leave satisfied without breaking the bank. Fast service, super friendly staff always smiling, and a convivial atmosphere. 25/02/2026: I remember a time when the atmosphere was good, friendly, and welcoming. But that was then, alas. I went there yesterday; the food is still good, but not the atmosphere.

11/02/2026: Fantastic. It's wonderful to discover such generous, delicious, flavorful dishes, rich in garnish. From appetizer to dessert. A true delight to discover.

15/04/2026: I've come here a few times for coffee; it's convenient. But I've discovered that while other chains like Columbus Café and Pret A Manger are making progress, Patapain condones cruelty to pigs: they are mutilated, some are kept in cages 😡 I would like to be able to come back with pleasure, so please commit to respecting the Pig Minimum Standards too!

15/04/2026: During my recent visit to Patapain, I was shocked to learn that your chain remains linked to such cruel practices towards pigs. Knowing that sows are confined to tiny cages and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing really spoiled my experience. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have made commitments: when will Patapain follow suit?
