29/03/2026: Jack's Burgers in Capbreton tries to be local with its decor and atmosphere, but nothing is fresh; everything is frozen.
It's no better than McDonald's or Burger King!
It's definitely not a French burger!
Maybe that's not the concept, and I'm the one who made a mistake...
If you're looking for a French burger, look elsewhere.
Otherwise, the staff and atmosphere are friendly!

02/04/2026: McDonald's is incredibly slow every time I go, at least once every two or three months. Orders take a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour. I'm served in the evenings starting at 10:00 or 10:15 PM. They prepare all the orders before serving them, which makes the service extremely slow, all so they can finish before I do. We order online to speed things up, but in the end, we have to wait almost an hour in front of McDonald's, going back through the drive-thru and having to get in line longer because the wait is so long.
29/03/2026: I've ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats at least four times. Something's always missing: either sauces that cost extra, burgers that don't match the order, or other items that are simply not included. It's fast food, but they shouldn't be so quick to forget things!

09/04/2026: Disappointed upon arrival: the music was far too loud, and the style of music was even worse. It wasn't a calm atmosphere at all, especially with customers talking very loudly nearby. We really felt like we were in a bar/tobacconist, which is not at all pleasant for a place located so close to the beach. Then, the Indian panini at €7 without a drink or fries—what a joke! Being near the beach doesn't justify such high prices for a simple panini consisting of cheese, a little sauce (which was sorely lacking), and tasteless chicken where the sauce does all the work. It would be really good if you could reconsider your prices and the atmosphere of your "restaurant."
31/01/2026: We had a lovely time on January 30th. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even after 2 pm. The service was quick, and the terrace overlooks the ocean!
We ordered one cheeseburger and one kebab combo; they were delicious and the portions were generous. They even offered a bowl of water for our dog!

13/01/2026: Avoid at all costs.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is awful, the prices are exorbitant, and the defrosted waffles were frankly terrible. To top it off, we were insulted (literally) by the waitress. This place is to be avoided at all costs.
20/11/2025: Shameful! This restaurant doesn't deserve its location. I was shocked by both the prices and the lack of hygiene… there was a dog in the kitchen. Unbelievable!
