Brie-Comte-Robert
20/08/2024: I went to the drive-thru at the end of the service on 08/19 at 12:50 a.m. The impression of disturbing the staff, and in addition I find myself eating bacon cheddar fries which look like bricks so much that it's hard! Inedible and we pay extra for the bacon cheddar fries! The service needs to be reviewed for these staff members!
19/08/2024: At the drive-thru on August 15 at 7:45 p.m. -Intercom control ok -Recovery and check of the bag before restarting: there were only the drinks -Waiting for the return of the waitress who had already turned away -recovery of the 2nd bag We were in a hurry because we were taking our daughter to the movies at 8 p.m. We immediately open the sandwiches and fries... -Soft and barely warm fries. But soft as ever... -cold sandwiches...including my chicken with the top bun which was missing a piece... -coke undrinkable because hot and without bubbles. None. Cinema required, we didn't go back straight away but after the movie session at the end of the evening. I was able to see a person who declared himself to be responsible at that time to explain to him and show him the photo of my chicken and the face he had... Just like here I told him that you must have absolutely no professional conscience and even no personal self-esteem to dare to serve what had been served to me in that state. -Coke: impossible not to know how to put ice and for bubbles, no surprise because they were obviously warned by the customers who were drinking on site... -Cold and incomplete sandwich... left on display for too long, with change of the time plate for the sales time limit... rather than rejecting it... Fries...no comment! Anyway, we threw away everything except the ice cream...and we ate when we got home after midnight...what was in the fridge. Once again what strikes me the most is the absence of the slightest professional conscience and even the slightest consideration for customers, not to say absence of education... to dare to serve the m... .in all conscience. I still can't believe it. I should point out that I went to tell all this to the person on duty at the end of the evening and did not intend to ask for any reimbursement. Too easy. My approach was just to say eye to eye to these people (since the colleagues next door clearly heard my words), what I have just written here. Hoping that it makes them realize that there is a minimum to do when working.
