23/11/2025: The restaurant was poorly lit from the outside, and not knowing the establishment, I took the liberty of calling to ask if it was open. Well, what a surprise! A man answered, "As usual, madam." That doesn't exactly make you want to go in!
Following the owner's response, I want to clarify that I called because there was absolutely no indication that the restaurant was open—no sign, no lights. Sorry.

22/03/2026: We went there to have a coffee but we were completely ignored. Maybe they recognized us as tourists, maybe as Germans I don't know. Everyone who came after us has been served except us. After some time we left. We have been there before and have been served but they often were rude or at least not friendly but this time it was even worse.

The welcome, the staff, the cleanliness—everything was perfect for this stay.
The spa is a real bonus.
And what can we say about the Balinese treatment! A marvelous discovery; we were won over by the professionalism of the masseuse. A must-try!
02/02/2026: An exceptional stay at this hotel with competent staff. The welcome, cleanliness, comfort, and food were all perfect, making our stay more than enjoyable. A truly relaxing experience with excellent value for money. Special mention goes to the cuisine, with a high-quality meal and an excellent breakfast. The spa overlooking the sea, with its modern facilities, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, jet showers, and relaxation area, is also truly incredible. We will gladly return.

10/09/2024: Ristorante all'interno del Casinò, in stile bistrot. Scettici appena entrati, ci siamo subito ricreduti. Il menù del giorno a prezzo fisso è composto da portate ben eseguite e presentate. La carne è tenera e di qualità. Delizioso il tiramisù. Sicuramente conveniente. Più elevato il costo dei piatti alla carta. Unico neo il servizio lento e un po' disattento. Ampio il parcheggio
