Nothing to say, quality products, very generously topped burgers, and the fries are super good (plain or with fries).
And the poutines are truly incredible.
Admittedly a bit pricey, but compared to a kebab shop where everything is frozen, the value for money is excellent.
The owner and employees are very friendly and accommodating (a family member with a gluten allergy brought their own bread and asked if it would be possible to make their burger, and they did it without any problem).
5 stars without hesitation.

10/01/2026: At Ty Billig, the atmosphere is friendly and authentic, the decor is charming, and the service is lively and welcoming. And what can I say about the galettes... They are by far the best I've ever eaten (the onions caramelized in cider, what a treat!).
