14/03/2026: The grounds are magnificent, the food excellent, and the staff charming. However, the customer service is a different story. Due to a physical disability (hernia), I was unfortunately only able to use my membership 5 or 6 times. I informed reception of this situation, and they assured me that management would take note and get back to me.
I never received a single reply. The problem isn't necessarily the lack of a solution, but rather the complete absence of any response.
It gives the impression that customer service disappears once the membership is paid for. A simple exchange or explanation would have been appreciated. This is particularly disappointing for an establishment that claims to prioritize the customer experience.

14/02/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If you want to be disappointed, go here. Arriving at 7 PM, by 10 PM there was still no hot food. Completely disorganized and with no sense of customer service. You're better off at McDonald's; you'll be less disappointed.
12/02/2026: A very good local restaurant, especially for its excellent frogs' legs and delicious chicken! Efficient service. In short, excellent value for money. We will be back (and this isn't our first visit).
