02/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery on the culinary front: seasonal produce, expertly prepared, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable execution. No complaints there; we had a fantastic meal. However, I was very disappointed with the non-alcoholic pairing. Serving a white Uby, then a rosé Uby, and finally a red Uby in succession seemed far below the standard of the cuisine and the overall experience. Today, more and more people enjoy fine dining without necessarily drinking alcohol, and there are countless possibilities for creating truly exceptional pairings: infusions, fermented beverages, sparkling wines, plant syrups, oils, expertly crafted juices… I've tasted absolutely stunning non-alcoholic pairings in other restaurants. This is definitely the biggest area for improvement in my opinion, because with cuisine of this caliber, the non-alcoholic pairing deserves to be much more refined. Sorry for the lower average rating, but pairings are truly important to me in restaurants.

The service is impeccable, professional, and attentive, with very little waiting time between courses. The dining room is also air-conditioned, quiet, and very pleasant, making for a wonderful experience. A truly great experience; I highly recommend it and will gladly return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/09/2026: Near Bourg-en-Bresse, opposite Place de Polliat (with ample parking), the Téjerina restaurant is a hidden gem! In this family-run establishment, you'll find a warm welcome, beautifully set tables, and thoughtfully arranged seating. From appetizers to dessert, the cuisine is generous, hearty, and above all, delicious! A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend! P.S.: The hot dishes are served at the perfect temperature, allowing you to savor them at your leisure.

25/08/2026: We were delighted with this restaurant. We had lunch on a beautiful terrace where we received a very warm welcome. The €20 set menu was perfect; the presentation was impeccable and the dishes were delicious. We will definitely be back.

17/09/2026: We were lucky enough to book at the last minute. Unfortunately, we were seated in the middle, which was a bit of a shame since there were several seats available behind us. We chose the four-course tasting menu. The portions were quite small, even though the flavors were original and sometimes surprising. Since it's a surprise menu, you should expect to encounter some ingredients or combinations that you might not particularly like. Overall, the experience was interesting, but we would recommend choosing the six-course tasting menu to better appreciate the different options and have a more satisfying portion size.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with remarkable warmth and professionalism, but it was truly the attentive presence of Alexandre, our server, that transformed this meal into a truly unforgettable gastronomic experience. Alexandre possesses an impressive knowledge of every dish on the menu. He didn't simply list the options, but took the time to explain the culinary techniques, the premium ingredients used, and above all, the philosophy behind each of the chef's creations. It's rare to encounter such a passionate and knowledgeable professional who can truly guide his guests. What particularly struck us was his expertise in food and wine pairings. Alexandre suggested wine selections that perfectly complemented each dish, explaining the aromas, the terroirs, and why these wines enhanced our palates. His recommendations were relevant and very well-reasoned—it was clear he truly knew his stuff. Throughout the meal, Alexandre struck the perfect balance between discretion and attentiveness. He was always there when we needed him, without being intrusive. He anticipated our requests with thoughtful care, pouring our drinks at the perfect moment, clearing our plates smoothly, and regularly checking that everything was to our satisfaction. The service was impeccable – prompt, courteous, and genuinely kind. Alexandre created such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that time seemed to fly by. A warm and attentive welcome, a three-course menu that allowed us to sample a little bit of all their specialties, each one as delicious and high-quality as the last, incredible flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. But the positive reviews on social media and word of mouth finally convinced us. We weren't disappointed. A warm welcome, a cozy atmosphere, and really good, well-prepared meat.
