27/08/2026: A last-minute visit to the restaurant, Les Remparts, for lunch… The welcome and friendliness were based on humor throughout the service… A very pleasant and smiling person… so thank you! We ordered two Muraille menus (gazpacho, noodles, and crispy pork with vegetables)… We were quickly enveloped by a persistent smell of fish being served at the next table, accompanied by a multitude of bluebottle flies that lasted throughout the meal… The gazpacho had no taste… the dish was hot… the slices were too thin and had a spongy texture! It wasn't good! All that remained was the visually appealing presentation! Total disappointment! The noodles were lukewarm/sloppy with a watery texture and some very crispy vegetables (pre-cooked in water?)… the crispy pork, on the other hand, was delicious, thank goodness! For dessert, ice cream and warm crème brûlée… nothing we ate was fresh in any respect except for the beers! A real disappointment on a very hot day in the middle of August! We wondered if they had refrigerated rooms! Note: in many establishments, fans were running outside to ventilate and keep the flies away… perhaps something to consider!

20/08/2026: This restaurant is ideally located in the heart of a very pretty village. The cuisine is both colorful and very tasty, and the evening menu offers excellent value for money.
