And frankly, despite that, they're a nasty person, sometimes even rude, because they speak to their customers and think they can get away with anything. They only treat customers well when they feel like it, it's very rare. Even when we try to speak to them politely, they're often rude, and their greetings are excessive, except when they choose to say them. Many customers complain about this person, but that's life, not something you're born with. This couple reminds me of the movie "The Dice Game" with their partner, because their partner resembles the little boy, anyway. In short, there's no respect for the customer.

12/04/2026: The manager is awful; you wonder what she's doing in a bar. She's temperamental, and the coffee is as undrinkable as the staff.
