11/08/2024: But what an experience! We had booked a room, arrived at the hotel after crossing the village in 35 degrees with our two dogs and suitcases, no one took care of us. We meet a waitress, zero friendliness tells us that we should go to the bar. At the bar we were told to wait because they didn't have our reservation. Very well we sit on the terrace with our dogs. After 40 minutes, no news and not even an offer of drink to apologize for the wait. The nonchalant waiters have zero respect for the customer, the only one who “holds water” in the establishment is the young waitress. So I asked for drinks as compensation for the wait (45 minutes) from a young waiter who obviously didn't take me seriously because 10 minutes later he still hadn't provided one, even a glass of water. is obviously not within their capacity of service. We therefore left the premises without having drunk and having canceled our reservation because the staff is clearly incompetent. Too bad because the place could really be great if it were properly operated by people who know how to manage a business. I don't recommend, no service. Never seen that.

10/08/2024: Restaurant to avoid, I have rarely seen such a bad welcome, the waitresses are very unpleasant. We feel like we're bothering them and the person at reception doesn't talk about it. I don't understand how you can work in "commerce" and behave like this..
