21/05/2026: The hotel is very well located in relation to the Verdon Gorge. The room and bathroom were clean. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. We were less impressed with the restaurant.

08/08/2026: This place had been recommended to us, but unfortunately, the owner's welcome was a real turn-off. From the moment we arrived, we felt a cold and unwelcoming attitude, far from the warm atmosphere one expects in a bar. We had simply come to have a good time, but the reception was so poor that we preferred to leave quickly.

The flavor is there, omnipresent in the seasonings, in the rich sauces, and the cooking is fresh and expertly executed. Divine tuna tartare, meltingly tender pork belly with a robust garlic sauce... Sublime. A little more effort on the service and it will be almost perfect.
