30/08/2025: A huge thank you to Muriel and her husband! While the Chabanon resort was completely closed, they were kind enough to exceptionally open their restaurant just for us. We had the honor of sharing their last meal before their departure, in a cozy and family atmosphere, just like at home, with an excellent fondue and perfect background music. Extremely friendly people that we will not forget. We wish them all the best for the future 🙏

06/10/2023: We had a great time at the restaurant with a very pleasant little fireplace and the very short menu OBVIOUSLY "homemade" we were surprised by the preparation of the deer!!! And the apple banana crumble is to die for!!! Thanks to Isabelle and Huge
14/09/2023: My 80 year old parents stayed in this hotel this week and absolutely wanted to thank the managers for their extreme kindness. They helped them carry their luggage, prepared packed lunches for them and took care of them. This establishment is charming and well located. Quiet, on the edge of a river. There is also an indoor swimming pool.

12/08/2024: Nous avions réservé le déjeuner, la chambre et le petit déjeuner.
La cuisine est excellente, le petit déjeuner copieux. Les produits sont locaux et les préparations maison.
Une très agréable expérience que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir.
05/08/2024: Lundi midi. Très beau temps. Terrasse accueillante.
Le serveur nous présente une feuille plastifiée nous proposant un menu à 21. €.
En hors d'œuvre:
Assiette de charcuterie composée de : 1 tranche de jambon cuit très gras, deux rondelles de saucisson, deux minces rondelles de salami, aucun produit local.
Le tout baignait dans l'assaisonnement d'une salade.
J'oubliais le morceau de beurre.
La Deuxième assiette de légumes laissait aussi à desirer.
1er plat: lasagnes au boeuf. Portion convenable mais je n'ai jamais été confronté à ce quelque chose à la consistance collante, épaisse et peu ragoutante. Plus de la moitié du plat est resté dans l'assiette La "salade" était à peine mangeable.
2eme plat poisson + salade : raté aussi...
Dessert , tiramisu correct mais baba au rhum copieux mais peu goûteux. Assiette laissée aux trop nombreuses mouches... Désolé.
