17/02/2024: Pleasantly surprised.
It is quite rare to see an octopus so well garnished and so well cooked.
Small mistake on cooking the meat, but very well made up for, and very quickly. Which, in the end, results in perfectly expected meat.
Probably due to a communication error, this could happen.
Maybe a little more work on the garnish/accompaniment to give another vision of the dish.
Besides that, a great team, taking great care. Their desire to provide a wonderful evening for the client is pleasantly felt.
