18/07/2026: Beautiful location facing the mountains; attentive welcome and service; excellent single meal for all guests; the small adjacent garden allows you to have coffee in the shade of a cherry tree and why not, start a little post-meal nap!
09/07/2026: The welcome and the food were excellent, everything was homemade, I thoroughly enjoyed it, I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: The pizzas are generously topped and perfectly cooked. The trout from Cians is excellent. Very good value for money.
And they even provide water for dogs.
04/08/2026: Fantastic experience. The owner was so kind and attentive, and the waiter was lovely too. We were served quite quickly at the restaurant, the food was good, and the atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend this restaurant.

21/08/2026: This is our second dinner at Le Central in Guillaumes. Honestly, it was great. The food was good (the polpettes were perfect, and so was the ribeye steak), the terrace was lovely and quiet, and Ryan's service was excellent 👍
In short, don't change a thing!
