18/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in old Mougins. Delicious food and a great atmosphere.
One small point: the frog legs weren't cooked enough. But they reacted immediately and offered us the children's menu as an apology.
I highly recommend it.

07/05/2026: Mas Candille was a wonderful discovery: well located, magnificent views of the countryside, delicious food, spacious and very comfortable rooms, and above all, exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!
03/05/2026: A wonderful experience.
The hotel and room decor is absolutely stunning, refined, and sophisticated.
The spa water is warm, perfect for a soak in the spring or fall.
The staff is fantastic.
I also really enjoyed the poolside restaurant and the restaurant on the terrace in the evening.
Finally, I loved the breakfast, which included a small buffet as well as à la carte options. Delicious.
We will gladly return.

12/12/2025: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not very convenient for public transport, especially since there are practically no sidewalks along the roads. The hotel is fairly comfortable but a bit dated. The restaurant is a bit pricey and offers limited choices. The spa is a major plus and very good.
08/12/2025: I only tried the spa, where I was kindly invited by my best friend. After paying our entrance fee, we went down to the spa and waited 10 minutes at reception before realizing that no one was coming. There were no more bathrobes available in the changing rooms, and no one to tell us anything. We took the two remaining bath towels and went around. There was no hot water for the herbal teas. In short, it was very, very poor! I won't be going back.

17/04/2026: The place is very cute and the concept is interesting, which makes the experience promising at first glance.
However, the welcome was very disappointing. We were greeted by the owner, who barely said hello and had a rather unfriendly attitude. When I asked about a bottle, I clearly felt like I was bothering him.
Furthermore, there's a €15 surcharge per bottle for service, but it's practically nonexistent: I had to refill my own glass throughout the tasting. The overall impression is cold and unwelcoming. It's a shame, because it discouraged us from staying for the charcuterie boards, and we opted instead to go to a warmer establishment in Mougins.

Excellent bakery! The pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious, perfect for birthdays. You can also eat in at lunchtime, which is very convenient. The baguettes and breads are simply fabulous. I highly recommend it!

This establishment is wonderful, run by a brother and sister who are exceptional people. They demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and above all, an original concept with surprises. The singer and musician are incredibly talented. In short, we will definitely be back. And 🙏 to "Mama."
10/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in Mougins! The food is good, but it's the piano bar atmosphere that truly makes the experience unique. You immediately feel at ease in an ambiance that is elegant, festive, and intimate all at once. The perfect setting for a memorable evening with friends or a loved one. I highly recommend it!

07/03/2026: I have 30 years of experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry. My advice: run away.
The so-called food and beverage manager is appalling and utterly useless. Sir, change careers: you're a disgrace, arrogant, and a liability in this field.
And your manager… no comment.
The Ibis next door is cheaper and better.
14/01/2026: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at La Bastide de Mougins over Christmas. A huge thank you to the manager, staff, and chef for their warm welcome and professionalism. The place is magical, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the cuisine is inventive, generous, and delicious. We look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the lovely swimming pool!

14/12/2024: I came 6 years ago and gave it 5 stars. I was delighted to go back this evening but what a disappointment. A guest wanted to have some stuffed ones but the waiter didn't tell us that he didn't make any and slipped it into the chance of a conversation. We had a very expensive, but good, bottle of wine. The starter was very good but then came a duck breast served with MACDONALD'S FRIES. Why not serve homemade puree like for our friend? The dessert was very good but the coffee was overpriced and the soda was also good. In addition, we have to beg for a carafe of water that is not automatically served. The meal could have been like 6 years ago but an exorbitant bill for Macdonald's fries without the waiter's smile.
14/12/2024: Overall I enjoyed myself. On the other hand, serving "mac do" type fries with duck breast in a 50 euro menu is very average and contradictory to what Mougins does to highlight the gastronomy of our city. I should have asked for the grade because I had doubts about the final grade. And bringing water or offering water at the start of the meal would have been nice.
