24/02/2024: Atypical setting, warm, with a soul. A very friendly welcome from the chef and his mother. Balanced cuisine, full of flavor that goes off the beaten track of haute cuisine. The Chef's passion is reflected in everything he does. A love of good produce from his vegetable garden, charcuterie and bread made by him. We had a great time. Note that it is rare to find a Chef who is both in the kitchen and serving and who takes the time to discuss his creativity with his customers. Very nice wine list at all prices.
