Auberge de la Sapiniere
Saurat
11/09/2026: We stumbled upon this inn completely by chance.
As a result, I hadn't eaten such a delicious apple and black pudding in ages. A real treat!
28/08/2026: I got a charcuterie board, which was excellent quality for the price. The views, of course, are stunning from atop the Col de Port. A great place for a pit stop after making the ascent.
