In Fleury, you don't dine in a dining room… you dine in a barrel.
A real barrel, complete with a table, chairs, bottles, and a woodsy ambiance—a dream for the introverted sommelier. The cuisine is honest, flavorful, and unpretentious. Intolerances? Handled like a well-rehearsed performance: no gluten, no lactose, no drama.
And the prices? Reasonable, just like the diners in their barrel.

I had the basic set menu, which was well presented and excellent; the starter buffet was decent and varied.
01/02/2026: The only open restaurant we found on our way. It was past 2 pm... Pleasant welcome, generous portion, fish cooked to perfection (parillada).

01/03/2026: Very mixed feelings! The servers are under too much pressure, running around everywhere!! It's very stressful to watch! The meal was nothing special
01/03/2026: Quite disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered two mussels with Roquefort sauce, which arrived in two minutes, just like our neighbors' order. Unsurprisingly, the sauce was lukewarm and the bottom was cold, and the mussels were lukewarm too… very disappointing.
Of course, we spoke to the waiter so he could report it to the kitchen, but we haven't heard back and are still waiting.

20/10/2025: Chez Norbert is always a safe bet; it's friendly, and the quality is good. It's hopelessly overcrowded during peak season, and outside of peak season, the outdoor seating isn't quite as pleasant. But it always deserves four points!

14/09/2025: I came today with my family to eat mussels and fries. We ate well and the young man served us well. He was very satisfied with the waiter.
01/09/2025: Deplorable, avoid. Dirty mussels and questionable quality. Only the server deserves encouragement.
