23/08/2026: Last night, we revisited this restaurant about 12 or 13 years ago (with one of our sons and my partner).
It's still just as good, even after all these years.
The food was superb, both beautiful and delicious. Our son, "Loulou," loved the children's menu, and it was incredibly reasonably priced—unheard of! (The adult menus were generous and excellent value for money).
The owner was very kind, and kudos to the chef! If you're near Sigean, don't hesitate...

22/09/2026: A very nice establishment. A warm welcome. Their specialty is cassoulet (order it when you book) served after a 6-hour cooking time! Excellent. Of course, other dishes are available on the menu. Good wines. The owner is known even in the United States, where his signature dish is also appreciated! An address not to be missed...

15/09/2026: Don’t be put off by the location the views are not great. On one side you are looking at a parking lot and the other side the lights are quite obnoxious. That is the bad part! Everything thing else is just great the food is well prepared cooked perfectly and enjoyed. A 3 course dinner for 2 with a bottle of very good rose wine for less than 100 euros. Thank you Chez Fred.

Once seated, the chef, who works exclusively with fresh, seasonal ingredients, takes over, creating a comforting meal that's always perfectly balanced in flavor 👍
A family-run restaurant that you absolutely must discover if you're ever in Lézignan 😉 I highly recommend it 😉
