10/02/2026: A delicious, generous salmon pizza, so good, same for the country-style pizza, and the nougat/brownies/chantilly ice cream sundae was wonderful, really warm setting, good atmosphere, an impromptu outing with friends, next time it will be with family.
05/02/2026: A truly lovely setting and excellent food. And a very warm welcome too! If you love Italian cuisine, you'll be in heaven!

05/09/2024: We called on Philippe Rome for our wedding on August 31, 2024. Great follow-up from the salesperson, Maun. We see that he enjoys his work and is very professional. Reception organized outdoors, the team adapted perfectly to the location, to our needs and those of the guests. Dinner in the evening, coordination with the DJ to send the dishes. Meal enjoyed by us and our loved ones. Nicolas and Lucie

01/03/2026: Very disappointed 😞 The selection was mediocre; I wondered if the products were even fresh... The chocolates were runny and gooey. The cake was hard... I expected more fresh products and a wider variety of chocolates. The chocolate fountain wasn't great.
01/03/2026: A very cute little chocolate museum in a suburb of Strasbourg. Unfortunately, all the workshops are in French, so we also booked a tasting at the restaurant. In hindsight, that wasn't really necessary. At the museum, we were able to sample various types of chocolate, pralines, and small chocolate candies. After that, we had absolutely no desire for cake or waffles. There's also a great shop there.

11/12/2025: The staff is very friendly and wants you to have a pleasant stay.
It's a shame the rooms are outdated; I was bitten by bedbugs. Management was informed of the situation and did nothing. I find this appalling and strongly advise against staying here.
10/12/2025: I booked a room online for two nights, requesting a wheelchair-accessible room. On the day of arrival, I couldn't even get into the room in my wheelchair.
The wheelchair wouldn't fit through the bathroom.
At €160 a night, it's outrageous. They're treating people with contempt, all because it's the Strasbourg Christmas market and they're fully booked anyway. Thank goodness the market lasts a month...
