13/09/2026: A wonderful discovery from start to finish! The welcome, the tasting menu, the wine list, the breakfast, the value for money—everything was truly excellent! As the hotel was fully booked, we stayed in the gîte, which was perfectly functional, but we look forward to returning to try the rooms, which seem magnificent. A place to absolutely recommend without hesitation! Thank you to the entire team for this outstanding work!

10/09/2026: I was invited here for my birthday and it was almost perfect. Dinner was a culinary delight. The "Grand Tasting" menu was served at very pleasant intervals. The whole experience was topped off by the incredibly friendly and excellent service. The room was very comfortable and had everything one could need. Breakfast was a dream, all regional and homemade. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience.

18/08/2026: This was our second time at this restaurant, and just like the first time, it was a first-class dining experience. The food was excellent, the service very pleasant and unobtrusive, and the pace was just right (not too slow, not too fast). We'll be back next year!

31/08/2026: An excellent experience at Restaurant Morillon in Saverne! The chef does an exceptional job: from the perfectly prepared snails as a starter to the main courses (special mention for the pork and fish, cooked to perfection and exquisitely refined). The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. To top it all off, the service was simply impeccable, attentive, and warm. You can go there without hesitation!

14/08/2026: We had dinner last night, November 9th, in this very pleasant restaurant with its typically Alsatian decor. The dishes we enjoyed were extraordinarily generous and truly delicious, as were the lavish desserts. The service was absolutely perfect in every respect. Excellent value for money. A must-visit in Schiltigheim. Michel and Marie Moulin, Lyon. Back again this week to this wonderful restaurant that does justice to Alsatian tradition. We had lunch on Tuesday, May 2nd, and again today, May 4th, in this unique setting. The daily menus are exceptional. The dishes are absolutely delicious and the desserts delectable. The service is very efficient and friendly, characterized by great courtesy and kindness. We were delighted with both meals, especially at such unbeatable prices. 18/08/2026: Although the initial welcome was somewhat "cold," we can only commend the entire team and thank them for the excellent daily menu. Presentation and quality were both top-notch, and the setting was pleasant.

12/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery in Strasbourg! We had an absolutely delightful time at this restaurant. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes were presented with great care and technical skill. I particularly appreciated the precise cooking of the meat and the elegant presentation, especially the delicate touch of chervil on the side dish. Every bite was a true delight for the taste buds. The atmosphere is warm and the setting very pleasant. We will gladly return on our next visit to the neighborhood. A must-try for food lovers.

15/08/2026: Honestly, this place deserves more attention. The chicken is seriously good.. crispy, juicy, well-seasoned, and actually tastes fresh! The kind of food where you finish eating and already want it again. Easily one of my favourite fast food spots in Strasbourg.

The buckwheat galette/crêpe was very good (good ingredients) and the waiter was a gem, very kind.

27/07/2026: Honestly, 5 stars, well deserved. The welcome was warm, the meal was superb! I had a pizza, they were excellent and generous. We shared a dessert. They offered us limoncello at the end of the meal, a lovely touch! You can go there without hesitation.

Smiling, welcoming, and professional, she was always in good spirits with her colleague Gaëtan. It's rare to find such high-quality service accompanied by such a delicious meal. Thanks also to the chef for the wonderful food. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, largely thanks to its warm and welcoming atmosphere. P.S. I recommend the tiramisu for dessert; it's delicious.

From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the simple, warm, and deeply familial welcome, with a professional, attentive team who always maintained a wonderfully down-to-earth atmosphere. We chose the 7-course "Gourmet Stroll": a truly exceptional gastronomic experience from beginning to end. A magnificent journey through the flavors of the region, showcasing high-quality local products, enhanced by remarkable culinary creativity. Each dish tells a story, that of the land, its producers, and its marvelous products. A true gastronomic voyage along local paths, with great finesse, passion, and precision. The room was spacious, very clean, and perfectly equipped: everything was in place for a wonderful night's sleep. And what can we say about the breakfast! Here again, a beautiful celebration of local produce and regional specialties, with truly wonderful, flavorful, and authentic ingredients. A huge congratulations and, above all, a massive thank you to the Kassel family and the entire team at Le Vieux Moulin for this magnificent experience. Sincere, inventive, and generous cuisine, a warm welcome just the way we like it, and professional service that remains friendly and personal.
