Everything was exquisite from start to finish, especially the turbot, the excellent brioches, and the rhubarb mille-feuille. So I'll give it a try. The praise we heard about this place initially piqued our curiosity. Today, we can say that going to Frankenbourg is like taking a delightful break, a suspended moment where your mind is captivated and carried away by the successive discoveries of beautiful dishes, rich in color and flavor. Here, you can feel the passion for the craft and the respect for the people they welcome. The cuisine is excellent, both refined and flavorful. My "vegetable stroll," with its mosaic of celery, asparagus, and delicious stuffed morel, its glossy poached egg, spinach ravioli, and finally, the delicate dessert of fine meringue, remains etched in my memory as the wonderful memory of a walk under the first rays of sunlight. Frankenbourg reignites our impatience, curiosity, and the joy of discovery. And that's what life is all about, and we love it! Its reputation is truly well-deserved, as it lives up to the high expectations raised by the reviews we hear and read. This speaks volumes about the consistency and high standards of the establishment. So, thank you to this wonderful team of professionals in hospitality, service, and the kitchen for making us forget, for the duration of a meal, that all is not as rosy as it seems outside. We will certainly return on our next trip for another immersive experience, as this restaurant could easily become a delightful addiction. As you can see, it's a truly wonderful place to discover without hesitation.

31/03/2026: Restaurant with a rather unusual entrance... Very pleasant dining room, attentive staff. However, a real disappointment: the "Irish cordon bleu" was as hard as a rock! Also worth noting is the incredible noise during lunchtime service. If you're looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere...

The portions are very generous, sometimes even a little too much, but that's precisely what makes it so charming: hearty cuisine, just like our grandparents used to make. Everything is high-quality and full of flavor. It's without a doubt one of my favorite restaurants, a place I love to share and introduce to my friends and family.

02/05/2026: One of my favorite restaurants—celebrated our anniversary with a bike tour followed by delicious foie gras, scallops, steak and surprisingly tasty non-alcoholic wine. Such great service and attention to detail. Always a pleasure.
