The dishes are prepared with great care and attention to detail, resulting in an outstanding flavor. The service is also superb: well-trained, friendly, and pleasantly attentive. In good weather, you can sit in the stylish outdoor area on very comfortable chairs; when it's a bit cooler, there are beautifully decorated dining rooms.

So I'll give it a try. The praise we heard about this place initially piqued our curiosity. Today, we can say that going to Frankenbourg is like taking a delightful break, a suspended moment where your mind is captivated and carried away by the successive discoveries of beautiful dishes, rich in color and flavor. Here, you can feel the passion for the craft and the respect for the people they welcome. The cuisine is excellent, both refined and flavorful. My "vegetable stroll," with its mosaic of celery, asparagus, and delicious stuffed morel, its glossy poached egg, spinach ravioli, and finally, the delicate dessert of fine meringue, remains etched in my memory as the wonderful memory of a walk under the first rays of sunlight. Frankenbourg reignites our impatience, curiosity, and the joy of discovery. And that's what life is all about, and we love it! Its reputation is truly well-deserved, as it lives up to the high expectations raised by the reviews we hear and read. This speaks volumes about the consistency and high standards of the establishment. So, thank you to this wonderful team of professionals in hospitality, service, and the kitchen for making us forget, for the duration of a meal, that all is not as rosy as it seems outside. We will certainly return on our next trip for another immersive experience, as this restaurant could easily become a delightful addiction. As you can see, it's a truly wonderful place to discover without hesitation.
