17/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The food was excellent; we tried the gourmet salad and a piece of beef! It was perfect. A truly masterful touch.
I wasn't expecting such a pleasant setting in an industrial area. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant: a very friendly atmosphere, a warm welcome, and above all, truly delicious food! 😋
A special mention to John, our server, who was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Very friendly, professional, and attentive, he took the time to explain to us transparently why the restaurant had discontinued the all-you-can-eat carpaccio option, which was unfortunately no longer profitable for them.
He then gave us a very clear presentation of their new carpaccio option: 4 plates for €24.90, with the option to add 2 extra plates for just €5, making it €29.90 for approximately 470g of meat in total. Frankly, the value for money is still very good, especially considering the quality and enjoyment of the food! 🥩🤩
We truly appreciated the time John dedicated to explaining everything to us, always with a smile and great kindness. It's exactly this kind of service that makes you want to come back!

Les Secrets des Grands Express

20/07/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at the Strasbourg Chocolate Museum.
We opted for the €24.90 lunch menu, and honestly, it wasn't worth the price. The wait was interminable, even though there were only two families in the dining room. Meanwhile, several servers stood idly behind the counter, seemingly bored. There was also a lot of staff coming and going in the dining room, especially those returning from their lunch break, which wasn't very professional.
As for the meal itself, we found it rather average, even disappointing for the price. The dessert buffet was very small, offered little variety, and the chocolates didn't impress us at all.
It's a shame, because we expected a much higher quality experience in a place dedicated to chocolate. Considering the price, we left very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend the lunch menu.
16/07/2026: I personally wouldn't book the all-you-can-eat dessert; the pastries didn't look particularly appealing. It's better at any patisserie.
However, we had coffee and iced hot chocolate and were very happy with them.
The tour of the production facilities is interesting. You can sample everything, and it's very educational for children.

05/05/2026: Hotel a 10-minute drive from Strasbourg's Petit France neighborhood. Very close to the noisy highway, fortunately we were assigned newly renovated rooms at the back. Connecting rooms, perfect for our family!
Really comfortable and quiet.
However, they are small, fine for a one-night stopover.
Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, with fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc.
The espresso from the vending machine was good.
The staff was kind and very helpful.
Excellent prices.
Need I say more?!
