25/05/2026: This restaurant is well worth a visit, both for its cozy atmosphere and its traditional Alsatian cuisine. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The service is impeccable and very efficient; there's no waiting time between courses, which is very pleasant. The tables have tablecloths and overlays, which is becoming increasingly rare in restaurants. While more difficult to maintain, they are much nicer than paper. I discovered this restaurant through a friend with whom I went for Pentecost Sunday. I wasn't disappointed; I highly recommend this place, but be sure to book well in advance. My friend did, as the restaurant is well-known and highly regarded. We had a set menu consisting of asparagus puff pastry, pike-perch, and vacherin glacé for dessert. As an amuse-bouche, we were served asparagus velouté. The presentation of the different dishes was beautiful. Everything was truly excellent, both the food and the seasoning. My taste buds loved it. Thank you for this wonderful discovery, and I look forward to returning, alone or with others, to share your establishment with other friends and/or acquaintances.
