23/01/2026: A disastrous experience. First reservation: it simply hadn't been noted and was canceled. I only found out the day before because I myself sent an email to get information. Otherwise, we would have made the trip for nothing. Second attempt: another cancellation the day before, this time under the pretext that the spa wasn't working. Each time, we had to arrange childcare, make arrangements with my partner, and leave work early, only to have the service canceled at the last minute. The owner/manager was extremely unpleasant, making no effort, offering no solutions, no gesture of goodwill, not even a proper apology. A complete lack of seriousness and professionalism. This establishment should be avoided.
