10/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience this evening, having come for a birthday celebration.
The restaurant was empty, yet the welcome was cold from beginning to end. No effort was made to make the occasion even remotely warm or pleasant.
The birthday cake was rushed out without a word: "Who's this for?" even before all the guests had returned to their tables. Then we were simply told, "You can relight the candles." Not a single kind word. Frankly, for a birthday, this is quite unacceptable and, above all, very unprofessional.
It's a shame because one expects a minimum of attention and friendliness at this type of event, especially in a restaurant of this caliber. The overall impression is one of rushed service, with no consideration for the customers.
02/05/2026: An experience I've repeated several times because this place is so magical, and the menu makes you want to try everything.
Suzy and her team are so kind and genuine that you feel like you're both in a gourmet restaurant and at home.
I highly recommend it!

17/05/2026: I was shocked by the waiter's behavior. He asked my friend and her 10-year-old son to leave simply because the child and his mother didn't want to drink, even though I and another friend had ordered. What was most shocking was his attitude and words. You clearly don't understand business; on the contrary, business begins with respect, hospitality, and a human touch—values that seemed completely ignored. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I can tell you there were many empty tables and no influx of customers that Saturday around 1 or 2 pm, so there was absolutely no reason why other people couldn't be served. It was pure, gratuitous nastiness. I do not recommend this place.
10/05/2026: Try the themed evenings. They're great. Excellent brasserie cuisine.

03/04/2024: My wife and I used to eat there, when I say usually I mean from time to time.
Compared to our previous experiences, we had a lot of fat on our entrecote to share and had the impression of having a smaller piece than usual since there were 3/4 slices only with fat, in short !
We reported it to the restaurant manager, I imagine, and his only response was that it depends on the steaks. At the end of the meal we showed him by a+b how much fat there was to insist again and no reaction from him, word of apology or commercial gesture.
In a word, we are not complicated when we raise dissatisfaction it is because it is well-founded and we expect a minimum of feedback and not just one, that's how it is
03/04/2024: We regularly go to Bistro Régent Plan de Campagne, and we are always delighted to have a pleasant time. Friendly and very professional welcome by the waiter, fast efficient service, tasty dishes thanks to this wonderful sauce. unlimited fries for a very reasonable price.

16/11/2024: Autant il y’a 2 ans j’avais mis 5 étoiles, autant là ?!? Les serveurs qui passent devant vous sans vous accueillir… la viande mal cuite (on commande à point ça arrive bleu) … une salade demandée 2 fois mais jamais reçue … un plat retiré quand on part aux toilettes! Bref: désastre
29/10/2024: Nous sommes arrivés à quatre à 11h50. Deux tables sont occupées. On nous place juste après l'entrée. Nous demandons à être plus éloignés de la porte (le restaurant étant quasi vide) pas possible répond la personne sinon je vais devoir trop marcher !!!
J'ai demandé une bavette à point elle est arrivée bien cuite et il a fallut cinq minutes pour avoir du pain réclamé 2 fois.
Conclusion : On essaie toujours d'oublier les défauts mais hypopotamus toujours aussi boiteux .
