23/06/2025: Saleswoman who hardly wants to work if you say hello, no professionalism from all the salespeople of most of the stores, they don't know how to contact customers, I shouted goodbye 3 times without anyone answering me or showing me any intention, I don't see why I would spend my money in a shitty bakery... in addition you kill the real artisan bakers and pastry chefs with your frozen foods... to flee and avoid this kind of store...

24/08/2024: Very disappointing, the saleswomen seem to be disgusted with working, the welcome is lacking, the first time she tells us it's possible to prepare us a margarita pizza, we come back later and find a new margarita pizza, I don't understand.
And my daughter chooses a drink then she decides to change immediately after for another taste, I am told no it's not possible because that's the rule.
I'm disappointed because it's not the first time this kind of welcome, it seems like we're begging, we're not buying with money, it's a shame for this brand, because the window is the welcome and people before products.
23/08/2024: I'm showing up at Ange St Loup today. I order 2 pizza menus. 1 sandwich and drinks menu + 1 tray of potato pancakes. The pancakes are very salty. Inedible. I reported it to the saleswoman who served me. She tells me that she doesn't taste food. I request 1 refund. She refuses without looking at me. My problem doesn't interest him. I told him that I would put 1 Google review. She replies “do”. Brief. No professional conscience. No interest for the customer. I am very disappointed. Everyone is overwhelmed. No manager present a priori. In short, flee! Other brands will be happy to serve and welcome us!
