29/11/2025: The welcome was warm and the staff very friendly—you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.
The meat was cooked exactly as requested, very tender, and the sauce was delicious. The atmosphere is convivial and the dining room is clean.
22/11/2025: Fantastic restaurant. The staff were lovely, with several thoughtful touches throughout the meal that were truly delightful. The set menu dish with the secret sauce was exceptional. The duck breast was also absolutely delicious. In short, a place full of surprises that I highly recommend.

27/09/2024: At Michel's, at Catalans Beach, the **bouillabaisse** is a true culinary masterpiece. Each bite reveals authentic maritime flavors, highlighting ultra-fresh fish, all served with a homemade rouille that enhances the dish.
**Millefeuille** is a delicacy not to be missed, with its light texture and perfectly balanced layers.
The warm atmosphere and attentive service make each visit a memorable experience. An essential address for lovers of Marseille gastronomy!

And the food!... Only fresh produce, homemade with passion, beautifully presented! Nothing but good for the taste buds 😃
The bill is what it is, but we loved it! We'll be back 😊

A very pretty enchanted break with a view of the old port.
The room is very large and the tables are arranged in such a way as to make the general atmosphere cozy and intimate.
The service is efficient and fast.
The cuisine is quite decent and also allows for a pleasant evening.
26/10/2024: There were four of us and the three different dishes that we tasted were very good, even good. But no good atmosphere, cold lights, bad music and too loud and a service that really left something to be desired. I won't come back!

08/10/2024: Inmortalizado de los libros y películas de Pagnol de 1930, aunque no el original, en su interior es fiel y el equipo de espera está feliz de seguir el juego en cuanto a cuál de los personajes de la 'trilogía' de Pagnol se consideran.
Pulpo fresco de la bahía, estaba sabroso y cocinado bien, acompañado de una rosa de vin local, por supuesto. Relajado, sin prisas, amable. Una gran comida en una verdadera tradición provenzal.

11/11/2025: It was 3:30 pm, we hadn't eaten yet, and we were despairing of finding an open restaurant. The owner of Îlot Pizza greeted us with a big smile, and we were able to eat together by the water. The price-quality ratio was very good (55 euros for two people, including two drinks and two main courses) compared to other restaurants on the island that inflate their prices and where the service leaves much to be desired.
I recommend this place if you're visiting Frioul Island.
08/10/2025: My partner and I had a wonderful time here.
The welcome, the smiling and very friendly waitress, with a touch of humor, is all part of the art of service (and yes, when the aperitif glasses are cleared away when they're empty, for example) 👍.
The food... Mmm 🤤, the linguine is very good, the duck breast is super good! Hey! Another knife, please 😉.
The menu, a small menu means quality dishes.
As for breakfast the next day, we were just as spoiled. Crepes, spreadable bread, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice! Delicious.
A big thank you to the whole team; it helped my guest and I have a great weekend 👍😜💕💪

26/09/2024: Do not go here food was horrible. The service was shockingly bad from the start. The waiters were disinterested and rude, by only asking if we could take a seat. Treating us with blatant hostility and impatience.
Our dishes arrived separately, which should be okay because we ordered seperate, if it wasn’t for the second ordered dish to show up earlier and the dishes were horrid—bland. To make matters worse, the water we got showed up only after we finished our meal. The combination of terrible food and abysmal service made this dining experience a complete disaster. I've had more kindness and good service at a fast food restaurant, which ironically outperformed this establishment's so-called “fine dining” approach.
I never complained like this in a review, but this was the most worse experience in a restaurant, we have ever encountered.
