The welcome and service are top-notch, and the food is excellent—deserves a Michelin star! In short, nothing to say except BRAVO! Don't hesitate to go; I highly recommend it!

26/07/2026: Les Trois Forts was such an unexpected find. You would never expect a restaurant this incredible, and Michelin-recognized, to be tucked away inside a hotel, but it ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Marseille. The views are absolutely out of this world. The restaurant overlooks the Vieux-Port from the seventh floor, and genuinely every seat seems to have an amazing view. We shared some wine and had what I would easily say was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. I’d especially recommend trying one of the fish dishes, the seafood was outstanding — but my personal favourite was the fried zucchini flower. So delicious and something I’d order again in a heartbeat. Amazing food, incredible wine, and one of the best views in Marseille. This place feels like a hidden gem and is absolutely worth a visit.

08/08/2026: A very bad experience with a particularly rude, arrogant, and contemptuous waiter. I had a very urgent need to use the restroom and went to the restaurant to ask if I could use it. The waiter, who was short, muscular, and tattooed, told me that the restrooms were reserved for customers. I then offered to buy a drink so I could use them, but he responded very rudely that he had to "finish with his customer" first. What was most shocking was his attitude and the condescending way he spoke to me. He then had the nerve to call me "ill-mannered," even though he doesn't know me at all and knows nothing about my upbringing. Being of Arab descent, this attitude also made me feel like I was being treated differently because of my background. I can't know what he was really thinking, but his behavior clearly left me with a feeling of contempt and discrimination. Refusing access to the restroom is one thing, but being disrespectful and judging someone's upbringing is quite another. Regardless of a customer's background or appearance, politeness and respect should be the foundation of any establishment open to the public.

17/07/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for years, whether with my family, my wife, or friends, and it's always a real pleasure. We're always greeted with a smile by the owner and his family, which creates a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their establishment. The food is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, the setting is beautiful, and we always have a wonderful time. A big thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and professionalism. 11/08/2026: A truly wonderful discovery, and above all, a bouillabaisse that truly deserves to be savored. I've tasted it in dozens of places, in Marseille and elsewhere, and it's rare that a bouillabaisse leaves such an impression on me. Here, it's simply exceptional: generous, rich, delicately flavored… In every spoonful, you find something of the Mediterranean, of Marseille, and of its history. A bouillabaisse that doesn't try too hard, but hits the mark perfectly. Special mention also goes to the baby squid, absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. And to finish, a delightful journey through the tradition of French pastry with the Trianon, the Castel, and the mille-feuille by the slice. Desserts that have something reassuring and timeless about them, like a little piece of our culinary heritage. Of course, it all comes down to personal taste. But here, it's exactly to my liking. Traditional cuisine with character, sincerity, and above all, great taste. An address I wholeheartedly recommend!

20/07/2026: I discovered Le Nautique this weekend and it was a wonderful surprise! The restaurant is magnificent, with tasteful decor that immerses you in a true seaside atmosphere. The view over the entire Old Port is simply exceptional and makes the meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, there's nothing to criticize: the ingredients are top quality, the portions are generous, and everything is perfectly prepared. I chose the octopus tentacle, cooked at a low temperature and then grilled on the plancha, and it was a delight! Perfectly cooked, tender octopus bursting with flavor. And the dessert was truly excellent. Another very positive point: the restaurant is immaculate, very clean, and the service is pleasant. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. If you're looking for a restaurant with quality cuisine, a magnificent setting, and a breathtaking view of the Old Port, go for it! Mr.sopalin
