11/09/2026: I'm still in the hospital. But I wanted to speak out. My heart was racing at 170 beats per minute, and I didn't receive the help I needed at that restaurant. I felt abandoned and neglected while I was in distress. I've worked in the restaurant industry myself; my family owns some very reputable restaurants. I know the demands of the job, but they absolutely do not excuse such a lack of assistance and consideration. Taking someone in distress seriously and helping them is the bare minimum. I find no excuse for the way I was treated.

07/03/2026: Hello everyone, I wanted to share my situation regarding my driver account on the Heetch platform. Following fraud on my account, the platform asked me to file a police report. I immediately did so and forwarded the report to Heetch as requested. However, despite this, my account remains blocked to this day. The only response I receive from the platform is that they are waiting for feedback from the relevant authorities. What I don't understand is how long this situation can last. An investigation can take a long time, sometimes months or even years, and during this time my account remains suspended and I cannot work. I find this situation very difficult as it directly impacts my professional activity. If anyone has experienced the same situation or has any advice to offer, I would be grateful for your help. 13/09/2026: The food was terrible, the staff unpleasant and arguing in front of customers, except for the young woman who was doing her best. The owner smoked at the counter and didn't seem to care at all about what was going on. The prices were high for the mediocre quality. In short, a restaurant to avoid!
