07/03/2026: Hello everyone, I wanted to share my situation regarding my driver account on the Heetch platform. Following fraud on my account, the platform asked me to file a police report. I immediately did so and forwarded the report to Heetch as requested. However, despite this, my account remains blocked to this day. The only response I receive from the platform is that they are waiting for feedback from the relevant authorities. What I don't understand is how long this situation can last. An investigation can take a long time, sometimes months or even years, and during this time my account remains suspended and I cannot work. I find this situation very difficult as it directly impacts my professional activity. If anyone has experienced the same situation or has any advice to offer, I would be grateful for your help. Thank you all.

25/03/2026: It's a real shame they don't respect the opening hours. I arrived at the door at 9:05 PM and the light was already off, the floor had been mopped, and the person there was busy locking up. Apart from that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

28/02/2026: I'd been to this bar several times for a drink and to buy my lottery tickets, and honestly, I'm very disappointed by the behavior of the owner and his waitress, who are incredibly condescending. I won't be going back; they've lost a loyal customer. 😑❌

05/06/2026: I would like to say from the outset that I promise this is not a tourist being demanding or rude or expecting to much. As someone who has worked as waitress/bartender for 9 years I am a firm believer in respecting hospitality as a profession and always being kind, compassionate and considerate when being waited on. I have never written a negative review before but feel I ought to. The person serving us was incredibly hostile, even though I myself was trying to speak French and I was with a French national who was speaking perfect French he scoffed at us speaking French to him and would reply sarcastically in English and German (we’re not German). Important to note that this was not my experience anywhere else in Marsaille or the surrounding areas, everyone was incredibly nice and really welcoming to me attempting to speak in French and spoke to my fluent french friend with joy that we were speaking their language. He (the server) was rude, sarcastic, mocking and keen to make us feel as unwelcome. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Make sure you pack a lunch and enough water for the Calanque’s because you will not want to be forced to make a stop here. I understand working in a touristy spot can be really hard. I’ve worked many a summer on Brighton beach and experienced some rude tourists. But when being met with polite and unproblematic guests there is no excuse ❤️
