02/03/2026: We haven't had the chance to try the hotel yet, but we've already been to the restaurant at Vallon de Gayet several times as a family and with my brothers. The restaurant is excellent! The quality of the meat is truly outstanding, especially the ribeye steak, which is exceptional. The only slight downside—and perhaps I'm being a bit picky 😅—is that once, I was served the ribeye steak without the marrow bone, whereas on my previous visits it was automatically included. Apparently, you had to ask for it. That said, it was surely just an oversight, because as soon as I mentioned it, it was brought to me immediately. In short: excellent restaurant, very pleasant setting, I highly recommend it!

23/11/2025: Always a pleasure: - wonderful welcome - very quiet - comfortable room - generous and high-quality breakfast - not forgetting the restaurant and its wood-fired meats…😋 In short, I love this hotel and restaurant!

06/03/2026: A can of 7up... €3. I think that's too much.

13/02/2026: A warm welcome, generous portions of traditional homemade cuisine, and excellent value for money! I highly recommend the parsley-seasoned squid, which was superb!
